Remove Copay

1. Search for the specific patient or guarantor using search field.

2. Click on the Patient Name as shown in below.

   

3. You will be shown with a screen of Complete Patient Details as shown below.

   

4. Click on the Remove button.

   

5. A pop up screen will be shown with the previously added copay amounts as shown below.

   

6. Select the copay amount to be removed by clicking the checkbox and click on the Confirm button.
