Import Patient Copay Information

Patient Care Link can store information about copay amounts for the patients. So, when copay need to be collected from the patients, this amount will be shown in the Copay dialog automatically. This way, copay information need not be searched for in your EMR systems every time.

  1. To Import Copay Information, click on More Options and select Import Patient Copay.

  2. In the popup dialog, select Practice, select file from your file system.

  3. Click the Import button the patient copay amount file will be processed. Status of the import process will be emailed to your email address once the it is complete.
