Add Patient to Existing Guarantor

  1. You can also add a patient to a particular guarantor.
  2. Click on Patient Statements tab in the top Navigation menu.
  3. Click on the guarantor name and a detail panel of all the details of the guarantor will be visible as shown in below:

  1. Click on the Add Patient and a pop up screen will be show up with pre-populating all the details of the patients and guarantor present under the guarantor as shown in below

  1. Click on Add Additional Patient button and you will get a patient form and fill the details of the patient which you want to add under the guarantor as shown in below:

  1. You can also delete the patient form by clicking on the delete icon provided as shown in above image.

  2. Now, you can see the patient details which is added under the guarantor as shown in below:
