Send Custom Messages

1. You can send a custom message to all the guarantor(s) or a few selected guranators in the Statements list.

2. Click on the "Send Custom Messages" button from the Options dropdown as shown below.

   

3. Click on the "Send Custom Messages", select the guarantors to whom you wanted to send messages or else click on the "Include all Guarantors" checkbox to send message to all guarantors(s).

   

4. Click on the "Add Message and Send" button, a popup screen will be shown as below.

   

5. Select the template from the dropdown available and a message will be pre-populated according to the template selected. Or you can type in text that needs to be sent to the guarantors. After typing the message, click on the Next button. A confirmation pop up screen will be shown in the next step, click on Confirm button, your message will be sent.
