Statement Notification History

This tab shows history of all notifications sent before. Shows list of statement notifications triggered to the guarantors and their delivery status counts (Sent, Failed and Pending)

1. Click on Notification History tab. Select a practice name from the first dropdown.

2. By default, the system shows summary of all statements sent till now for the selected practice.

3. You can view information about a specific batch by selecting that specific date in the Notification Date dropdown button.

4. You can view all the statement notifications sent in a month by selecting Notification Month and Year.

5. Failed statements can be viewed by selecting Failed option under "Delivery Status" button option.

6. Click on Export Failed Data button, to download the cumulative list of notification failures across previous batches
